Job Description
- Manage personnel evaluation and development processes
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and interviews
- Ensure smooth employee onboarding
- Contribute to employee motivation initiatives
- Support corporate culture development activities
- Assist in employment, position transfers/rotations/dismissals
- Participate in organizing corporate events
- Maintain and update the company’s staff database
- Assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of Human Resources Management experience (preferably in the IT industry)
- HR interviewing experience
- Full cycle HR experience in adaptation, motivation, development, and retention
- Experience in creating and updating company policies
- Upper-Intermediate level of English

- Ability to learn quickly
- Experience working in a multitasking environment
- Self-driven approach
