About this role

Who we are looking for: 
We are recruiting for a HR Operations Team Leader to join the team to lead, support and guide the HR 
Operations team, providing high-quality HR administrative support to employees, HR Business Partners, 
and line managers in Amundi Ireland Limited. 


Why this role is important to us: 
The HR Operations Team provides comprehensive administrative support for around 380 employees in 
Ireland. The team are responsible for the provision of administration services to the wider HR department, 
and the maintenance and management of essential HR information systems and processes, including 
payroll, benefits, onboarding, system maintenance and reporting.  


What you will be responsible for: 


Team Leader 
• Lead and support the HR Operations team of 2, ensuring the smooth running of overall 
Operations team responsibilities and goals, striving to deliver a high-quality service to the 
business.  


HR Systems Data Management & MIS 
• Update and maintain local and global HRIS systems in an accurate and timely manner. 
• Ownership of HR data integrity, and appropriate management of HR data in all formats. 
• Produce regular and ad hoc MIS reports relating to (for example) recruitment analysis, absence 
management, gender pay gap reporting. 
• Seek to develop HR systems and tools to improve administrative efficiency.  


General HR administration & support 
• Respond to general day-to-day HR queries from employees and management in a timely and 
professional manner. 
• Ensure the effective administration of HR documentation, including onboarding, offboarding,  
contract production, contract amendments, salary certificates, letters, etc. 
• Oversee the efficient administration of all recruitment activity. 
• Act as additional support for payroll processing activities. 
• Assist in the administration of due diligence for regulated roles.


HR Project Work 
• Actively seek ways to improve HR team efficiency, including automation and AI. 
• Assist with HR initiatives in areas such as well-being, employee experience, and diversity and 
inclusion.  


Training Administration 
• Collaborate with Head of HR and HR Business Partners to structure annual training programme 
for the business. 
• Start-to-finish administration and coordination of training courses, including liaising with 
vendors, employee training requests, room bookings, etc.

Education & Preferred Qualifications 
• Demonstrated experience managing a team and overseeing team workload. 
• Proven, broad experience in HR operations or generalist role. 
• Previous payroll administration experience beneficial.  
• Experience in a regulated environment desirable. 
• Strong proficiency in HRIS systems (particularly BambooHR) and MS office applications (Excel, 
Teams, Forms, SharePoint, Word) 
• Experience and interest in automation and AI an advantage. 
• HR qualification (or working towards) desirable.
