💼 Απασχόληση: Πλήρης, 5νθήμερη
🕘 Ωράριο: 09:00–17:00
💰 Αποδοχές: 1.200€ μικτά/μήνα

📋 Περιγραφή Θέσης
Ο/Η Academy & Training Support Officer θα υποστηρίζει τις λειτουργίες της Υποδιεύθυνσης Ακαδημιών και ειδικότερα:
- Διαχείριση διαδικασιών για πιστοποιήσεις εργαζομένων (π.χ. CFA), σε επικοινωνία με εξωτερικούς φορείς
- Υποστήριξη στον σχεδιασμό και την υλοποίηση εκπαιδευτικών προγραμμάτων
- Διαχείριση εκπαιδευτικών πλατφορμών και LMS
- Συλλογή και επεξεργασία δεδομένων και εκπαιδευτικών αναφορών
- Παρακολούθηση της αποτελεσματικότητας εκπαιδευτικών δράσεων
- Υποστήριξη εκπαιδευτικών projects και δράσεων ανάπτυξης
- Δημιουργία παρουσιάσεων, reports και λοιπών εγγράφων
- Υποστήριξη στην παρακολούθηση Προσωπικών Πλάνων Ανάπτυξης εργαζομένων
✅ Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
- Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ / ΑΤΕΙ
- Άριστη γνώση MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών, επίπεδο B2
- Πολύ καλές οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
- Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και υπευθυνότητα
- Για τους άνδρες υποψηφίους, απαιτείται εκπληρωμένη στρατιωτική θητεία
