About this role
- Manage day-to-day HR Operations and Personnel activities.
- Handle employee contracts, files, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Manage attendance, vacations, and employee records.
- Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Handle social insurance and labor law requirements.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee data.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Egyptian labor regulations.
- 3+ years of experience in HR Operations.
- Solid experience in Personnel & Payroll.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law & Social Insurance.
- Experience in employee files, contracts, attendance, leaves, and HR documentation.
- Hands-on experience with monthly payroll preparation and processing.
- Strong attention to detail and data accure
- Very good command of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Fluent English is preferred.
