About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and people-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management.
The internship will be for 3 months, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance, learning agility, and organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Assist with sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and following up with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Onboarding & Documentation: Support the onboarding process, maintain employee records, and ensure timely completion of joining formalities.
  • HR Operations: Assist with attendance tracking, leave management, employee documentation, HR database updates, and other day-to-day HR activities.
  • Employee Engagement: Help plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, and internal initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Employee Communication: Assist in drafting HR emails, announcements, reminders, and other internal communications.
  • HR Reporting: Maintain trackers, update HR reports, and support the preparation of HR-related MIS and dashboards.
  • General HR Support: Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team and assist with ongoing HR projects.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Must have completed a graduation degree from a recognized university.
  • A postgraduate degree or qualification in Human Resources, Management, or a related field will be an added advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Ability to handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Prior internship experience or exposure to HR activities will be an added advantage.
