By being part of this team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00, in a hybrid way from our office in Bucharest or Brasov.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Manage and maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant data processing in line with established procedures;

• Perform data verification and quality checks, identify discrepancies, and provide operational feedback to team members to ensure data accuracy and process compliance;

• Handle information and HR-related requests independently, conducting research, providing accurate responses, and escalating complex issues when required;

• Prepare and review HR documentation and correspondence, ensuring professional communication and adherence to client, quality, and formatting standards;

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives, audits, and special projects, while maintaining up-to-date process documentation and capturing relevant process changes and best practices;

• Support team knowledge development by sharing process updates, coaching and training colleagues, and providing quality and operational feedback.

Skills that make your work successful:

• You have B2 French & English language skills;

• Bachelor’s degree;

• Minimum 3 years previous experience in the HR area;

• Negotiation skills;
