Hr Executive

Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and develop strategic hiring plans aligned with organizational goals. Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, onboarding, and workforce deployment. Lead bulk hiring initiatives, campus recruitment drives, walk-in campaigns, and niche talent acquisition projects for critical business functions. Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to ensure timely availability of skilled resources for ongoing and upcoming projects. Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to create a positive and productive work environment. Support performance management processes including goal setting, performance reviews, performance improvement plans, and employee development discussions. Collaborate with business leaders to identify capability gaps and design learning and development interventions. Facilitate succession planning and talent review discussions for key positions within the organization. Manage employee relations matters and provide guidance on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling. Ensure adherence to labour laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies and procedures. Analyse recruitment and workforce metrics to provide actionable insights for informed decision-making. Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to strengthen workforce representation and organizational culture. Support organizational restructuring, transformation programs, and change management initiatives. Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure seamless integration of new employees into the organization. Oversee employee lifecycle processes including confirmation, transfers, promotions, separations, and exit management. Work closely with compensation and benefits teams to ensure competitive and market-aligned employee rewards programs. Maintain HRMIS data accuracy and generate management reports and dashboards for leadership review. Manage relationships with recruitment consultants, educational institutions, and external stakeholders to strengthen talent pipelines. Conduct market intelligence and competitor benchmarking to identify emerging talent trends and hiring opportunities. Support international and domestic staffing requirements for offshore and onshore projects. Champion employee wellness, recognition, and engagement programs to enhance organizational commitment and morale. Drive continuous improvement in recruitment and HR operational processes through automation and digitization initiatives. Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding lifecycle. Act as a trusted advisor to management on people-related matters, organizational effectiveness, and workforce productivity.
