*Job Description*
We are hiring an HR Executive to manage new joiner onboarding, daily attendance/muster operations, Helper workforce MIS reporting, and worker query resolution at our food manufacturing plant in Mallavalli, Krishna District.
*Responsibilities:*
Onboarding & Training
- Collect and verify joining documents (Aadhaar, bank details, photo)
- Register new joiners with EmpID, village, shift, route, and auto driver details
- Conduct factory induction — rules, safety, attendance policy
- Coordinate ID card, uniform, and locker allocation
- Give structured training to new joiners on factory processes, discipline, and HR policies
Attendance & Muster
- Maintain shift-wise muster registers with Timekeeper
- Update daily headcount on WhatsApp muster group
- Prepare late-coming reports and flag absentees to HR Operations
- Support monthly attendance consolidation for payroll
Worker Query Resolution
- Address attendance-related queries from workers and helpers (present/absent markings, leave records)
- Resolve payment-related queries (salary discrepancies, deductions, advance requests)
- Escalate unresolved issues to HR Operations in a timely manner
- Maintain a query log and ensure closure within defined TAT
MIS & Reporting
- Maintain Helper master data — EmpID, village, route, shift, DOJ
- Prepare weekly/monthly attendance MIS in Excel/Google Sheets
- Track present %, absenteeism %, late-coming %, attrition by village/route
- Generate section-wise and shift-wise headcount dashboards
- Share MIS reports with HR Operations and Management on schedule
