About the Role?
We’re looking for an HR Executive to join our HR team and work closely with the HR function across Recruitment and HR Operations. This is a hands-on role where you’ll get exposure to different aspects of HR and have the opportunity to learn, take ownership, and grow with the organisation.
Location - Delhi HQ (On site Role)
What You'll do?
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media and other channels.
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening rounds.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure hiring data is updated.
- Coordinate offers, joining formalities and pre-joining follow-ups.
- Support hiring for venue, corporate and other business requirements.
HR Operations
- Support joining documentation and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with HRMS updates and employee data management.
- Support attendance, leave and other basic HR operations.
- Coordinate with employees and managers for routine HR-related requirements.
- Support exit formalities and employee documentation.
- Assist in maintaining HR trackers and reports.
Team Coordination
- Coordinate regular HR calls with venue teams.
- Follow up with employees and venue managers on HR-related requirements.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
- Assist in communicating HR announcements, policies and updates.
- Help create a positive employee experience across the organisation.
What are we looking for?
- 0–2 years of experience in HR, Recruitment or HR Operations.
- Freshers with relevant HR internships are welcome to apply.
- MBA/PGDM/BBA/B.Com or any relevant HR qualification preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with candidates and employees over calls.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Comfortable working on Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS platforms.
- Organised, proactive and detail-oriented.
- Someone who is willing to learn and take ownership.
- Most importantly, someone who enjoys working with people!
