As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing our bulk hiring initiatives. This role is crucial in ensuring we attract, recruit, and retain top talent to meet our business objectives. You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition team, providing strategic guidance and implementing effective recruitment strategies.

• Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans for bulk hiring campaigns.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles across the organization.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and requirements.
• Create and maintain a robust talent pipeline to support our bulk hiring goals.
• Utilize various recruitment channels and platforms to attract a diverse talent pool.
• Conduct initial and final interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide regular updates and reports on hiring progress to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations during the hiring process.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a bulk hiring context.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
• Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in developing and implementing recruitment marketing campaigns.
