The Opportunity

Holm Electric is seeking an organized, approachable HR Administrator who enjoys working with employees, managing details, and helping create a great employee experience. This is a hands-on, employee-facing role supporting recruiting, onboarding, HR administration, compliance and employee engagement across our Nevada operations.

The ideal person is someone employees feel comfortable approaching, who notices what is happening in the workplace, follows through on details, and enjoys being part of a growing organization.

The position is based in Incline Village and may require occasional travel to Holm Electric's Las Vegas location. The position is anticipated to be full-time; however, Holm Electric may consider a reduced schedule under the right circumstances.

About Holm Electric

As such, this position plays an important role in creating a positive employee experience from hiring through payroll, benefits, and day-to-day HR support. We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships just as much as managing details.
