Job Description

• Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service.
• Lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of the department to ensure service standards are followed.
• Handle guest concerns and respond promptly, logging and notifying the appropriate departments.
• Actively participate in daily briefings, warm-ups, and departmental meetings.
• Ensure Room Attendants are informed daily about priorities in their section.
• Follow departmental policies and procedures.
• Report necessary maintenance items.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience (an asset).
• University/College degree in a related discipline (an asset).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of responsibility and reliability.
• Ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team.

• Constant standing and walking throughout the shift.
• Occasional lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs.
• Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and ramps.
