Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
Operation
- Manage and supervise housekeeping team, conducting daily briefings and assessing performance
- Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms, balconies, corridors, linen rooms, and pantries according to set standards
- Oversee public areas and maintain equipment cleanliness
- Attend to guest requests promptly, including replenishing supplies and addressing room issues
- Maintain accurate records, including section floor reports and room status
- Conduct regular room inspections and report unusual activities to Housekeeping Manager
Other Responsibilities
- Be well-versed in hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures
- Attend all briefings, meetings, and training as assigned by management
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and hygiene
- Establish effective working relationships with colleagues
Qualifications
- Graduation
- Good oral proficiency in English language
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
