Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Cleaning the guest’s room and bathroom according to departmental standards.
- Stock the linen trolley with correct linen, guest supplies and ensure the trolley and linen storeroom is kept neat and tidy.
- Maintain hygiene standards throughout the property by ensuring constant cleaning and sanitising of all touch points.
- Ensure proper use and care of all cleaning equipment.
- Assist in other areas of the Housekeeping Department as and when required.
What You Bring:
- Experience providing exceptional guest service and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly and attentive demeanor; ability to answer questions.
- Strong communications skills to interact with guests.
- Previous experience in a similar role with good knowledge of stain treatments, industrial cleaning equipment and products.
