The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in guest rooms, public areas, and other facilities. Key Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, offices, and public areas according to established standards.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize surfaces.
- Make beds and replace linen and towels as required.
- Replenish guest amenities and consumable supplies.
- Remove waste and ensure bins are emptied regularly.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Grade 10 or Grade 12 (Matric) qualification will be advantageous.
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is beneficial but not always essential.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical health and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
