Job Description
- Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas according to company standards.
- Make beds, replace linens, towels, and guest amenities.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize assigned areas.
- Replenish room supplies and report low inventory.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Handle guest requests courteously and promptly.
- Ensure lost and found items are recorded and handed over according to company policy.
- Operate and maintain housekeeping equipment safely.
- Follow infection control, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect guests' privacy at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel, resort, hospital, or similar environment is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions.
