Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-presented Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. The Hostess will warmly welcome customers, manage seating arrangements, coordinate reservations, and ensure that every guest receives a positive and welcoming experience from arrival to departure.

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Manage guest arrivals, reservations, and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus when required.
• Maintain an accurate seating plan and coordinate table availability with the service team.
• Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and handle reservation requests.
• Manage waiting lists and provide guests with accurate estimated waiting times.
• Monitor the dining area to ensure guests are comfortable and properly attended to.
• Communicate effectively with waiters, supervisors, kitchen staff, and management.
• Handle guest requests, concerns, or complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception/hostess area.
• Assist with special events, VIP guests, and group bookings.
• Ensure that company standards for customer service, grooming, and hospitality are consistently maintained.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and people skills with a genuine customer-focused approach.
• Minimum SC or any other relevant qualifications.
• Proven work experience as Hostess or in similar hospitality role will be any advantage.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to remain calm and organized in a busy environment.
