Estamos en búsqueda de un Gerente de Hospitalidad responsable de planificar, coordinar y supervisar todas las actividades relacionadas con la organización de eventos corporativos, sociales y privados VIP. Su misión es garantizar experiencias memorables para los asistentes, manteniendo altos estándares de servicio y optimizando recursos humanos y materiales.

Responsabilidades:

  • Diseñar y coordinar la logística de eventos, desde la conceptualización hasta la ejecución.
  • Dirigir al personal de hospitalidad y staff de apoyo durante la preparación y realización de eventos.
  • Administrar presupuestos, controlar costos y garantizar el uso eficiente de recursos.
  • Mantener vínculos con proveedores, socios y clientes clave para fortalecer la presencia de la organización.

Requisitos:

  • Título universitario en Hotelería, Turismo, Administración de Empresas o afines.
  • Mínimo 5 años en gestión de eventos, preferiblemente en la industria de hoteles, resorts o centros de convenciones.
  • Capacidad para coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios y manejar situaciones bajo presión.
  • Experiencia en elaboración y control de presupuestos de eventos.
  • Dominio del idioma inglés a nivel avanzado.
  • Manejo de software de gestión de eventos, CRM y herramientas digitales de coordinación.
