Job Description

You'll help healthcare professionals maintain the credentials, licenses, and compliance documentation required to support patient care across multiple U.S. healthcare programs. Working remotely with recruiters, clinicians, and credentialing team members, you'll help ensure providers meet organizational and regulatory requirements while supporting teams across multiple business units.

This remote position supports a fast-paced credentialing operation where organization, attention to detail, and proactive communication are critical to maintaining uninterrupted clinician onboarding and credential compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify licenses, certifications, education, employment history, background checks, sanction screenings, and other required documentation while ensuring compliance with state, federal, and Joint Commission standards.
  • Track expiring credentials, communicate renewal requirements, and proactively manage compliance deadlines to help clinicians maintain uninterrupted eligibility.
  • Maintain accurate credentialing records across internal databases and client platforms, generate credentialing reports, and coordinate required assessments or appointments to maintain compliance.
  • Collaborate with recruiters, clinicians, team leaders, and credentialing staff to resolve documentation issues, support compliance requests, and maintain efficient credentialing workflows.
  • Support operational continuity through cross-training, backup credentialing responsibilities, and mentoring or onboarding new team members as needed.

If you take pride in keeping healthcare professionals credentialed and compliant so they can focus on delivering patient care, you'll find your place here.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate credentialing records.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), internal databases, or client documentation systems.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work independently and maintain accurate documentation.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting provider credentialing, provider enrollment, healthcare staffing, compliance, or human resources operations.
  • Familiarity with Joint Commission standards, healthcare regulatory compliance, or clinician credentialing processes.
  • Experience supporting multiple business units or healthcare programs within a fast-paced operational environment.
