This is a behavior change specialist role: you will own the design of long-term health promotion programs and build an industry-leading content library, grounded in health and wellness coaching best practices, across domains such as nutrition, sleep, movement, stress and mental wellbeing, and chronic condition management. You will also support the team's broader intervention architecture – including COM-B diagnosis logic, BCT selection, and AI Coach behavioral logic – ensuring every program and every piece of content is grounded in validated behavioral theory.
