About this role
The Head of Production is responsible for leading and managing all production operations across Wasl Channel. This role oversees the end-to-end delivery of media projects, ensuring productions are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest creative and technical standards.
Key Responsibilities
Production Leadership
-Lead all aspects of production across film, video, photography, digital, social media, and branded content projects.
-Develop production strategies, workflows, and best practices to improve efficiency and quality.
-Build and maintain a high-performing production team, including producers, production managers, coordinators, and freelancers.
-Oversee resource planning and allocation across multiple projects.
Project & Production Management

-Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media, Communications, Business, or a related field.
-Proven experience managing high-value commercial, broadcast, digital, or branded content productions.
