Our partners are looking for a strong Head of Marketing who can think beyond standard promotion and drive growth across our entire game portfolio. Brand positioning, global PR, lead-gen campaigns, and trade show presence: what you build directly impacts our visibility, operator partnerships, and market reach.
🧩 What you’ll do
- Drive Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement an end-to-end B2B marketing strategy, defining ambitious goals, key promotion channels, and measurable KPIs;
- Budget & Performance Management: Take full ownership of marketing budgets, optimize spending, and continuously evaluate campaign ROI;
- Brand & PR Ownership: Elevate brand recognition, manage our industry reputation, and build strong relationships with iGaming media, partners, and influencers;
- Digital & Content Leadership: Coordinate integrated digital marketing efforts, including SMM, SEO, email campaigns, and content strategy designed to engage operators and players alike;
- Market & Competitor Intelligence: Deep-dive into market trends, analyze competitor strategies, and identify new growth channels within the iGaming space;
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering an environment of accountability and continuous learning;
- Events & Trade Shows: Plan, coordinate, and lead our presence at top international iGaming events and expos to maximize networking and business opportunities;
- Visual Identity & Design Oversight: Collaborate with designers to approve visual assets, ensuring high standards and consistency across all promo materials.
💎 What you bring
- 3+ years of marketing experience in iGaming (game provider side preferred), with a proven track record of shipping successful campaigns and scaling brand awareness;
- Deep understanding of B2B marketing dynamics in the slots/casino ecosystem;
- Strong experience in budget allocation, performance analytics, and KPI tracking;
- Hands-on expertise in digital channels (SMM, SEO, Email) and event management for international trade shows (ICE, iGB, SiGMA, etc.);
- Strategic mindset combined with the ability to execute quickly without unnecessary red tape;
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
🧠 Nice to have
- Established network of iGaming media contacts, affiliates, and event organizers;
- Experience working directly with game studios or casino operators;
- Knowledge of PR strategies tailored to regulatory nuances in various jurisdictions;
- Strong visual eye and experience briefing/managing visual content production.
