Job Description
As Head of Growth, you will own the company’s complete growth system, from customer acquisition and performance marketing to product-led growth, conversion, pricing and lifecycle management.
You will take responsibility for a seven-figure monthly growth budget, define priorities across multiple channels and markets, and build a world-class growth team from the ground up.
The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution. You will be expected to analyse performance, make decisions quickly, test new approaches and scale the initiatives that generate measurable commercial results.
As Head of Growth, you own a 7-figure monthly budget and the growth engine behind 90% of our revenue.
Drive all growth initiatives across performance marketing, SEO, creative strategy, funnel optimization, website & CRO, growth analytics and lifecycle management.
Own product growth: funnel, pricing, positioning, onboarding.
Build and scale a world-class growth team from the ground up.
Report directly to the CEO.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
Scaled a company from the early days to 8/9/10+ figure ARR in a global Marketing/Growth leadership role.
Owned a €15M+ annual marketing budget.
Highly analytical and can make fast decisions based on data.
Successfully launched and scaled into new international markets.
Additional Information
Compensation of up to EUR 250,000 per year, depending on experience.
A significant equity participation package.
