Ihre Rolle

Als Head of Category Platform Performance & System Engineering in der Business Unit multisensorische Koordinatenmessgeräte (mCMM) übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für Umsatz, Profitabilität und Strategie der Kategorie Performance und leiten die Entwicklungs- sowie kundenannahmen Teams. Getrieben von Speed, Innovation und Performance orchestrieren Sie plattformübergreifende Roadmaps, treiben technologische Exzellenz voran und sichern Kundennutzen durch enge Zusammenarbeit mit Software, Elektronik, Firmware, Fertigung und Service.

Gesamtverantwortung

  • Sie tragen die Umsatz- und Margenverantwortung der CMM-Performance-Kategorie; Sie steuern Profitabilität über Produktlebenszyklus, Pricing und Varianten-Optionen.
  • Sie leiten direkt die Entwicklungs- sowie kundennahen Teams und treiben Definition, Entwicklung sowie Industrialisierung der Plattform-Systeme voran.
  • Sie sind Mitglied des Management-Teams der BU mCMM; Sie erstellen Roadmaps, priorisieren Ressourcen und sichern Commitments.
  • Sie gleichen Roadmaps mit Software-, Steuerungs-, Elektronik-, Sensor- und Firmwareentwicklung sowie anderen Produktkategorien ab und definieren klare Deliverables.
  • Sie übernehmen übergreifende Funktionsverantwortung innerhalb der Business Unit; Sie priorisieren bereichsübergreifende Koordination, erkennen Risiken frühzeitig und beheben sie.
  • Sie koordinieren Schnittstellen zu Production Engineering und Service; Sie sichern Serienreife, Qualitäts- und Lieferziele und integrieren After-Sales-Feedback.

Ihr Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Produktentwicklung mit Ergebnisverantwortung, idealerweise in der Industrialisierung von Präzisionsmechanik/Mechatronik/Rotations-/Bewegungssystemen.

  • Nachweisliche Leitung komplexer Entwicklungs- und Produktpflegeprojekte; starke Schnittstellenführung zu Produktion, Einkauf, Service, Vertrieb.

  • Erfahrung in der Leitung internationaler, interdisziplinärer Teams in globalen Matrixstrukturen sowie in der strategischen Steuerung von Technologie- und Produktportfolios – inklusive Budgetverantwortung und Roadmap-Entwicklung.

  • Kundenbedürfnisse in der Anwendung verstehen, systematisch in konkrete R&D-Kriterien übersetzen und dabei Genauigkeit, Dynamik, Zuverlässigkeit sowie nahtlose Systemintegration sicherstellen.

  • Überzeugende Kommunikationsfähigkeit gegenüber dem R&D-Team, unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern und dem Management.
