Waniwani is building the AI distribution infrastructure for the $10T services economy. We enable service vendor to sell quote-based services (insurance, financing, wealth, software and more) directly inside LLMs like ChatGPT, where buying decisions are moving, and built the Agent to Agent commerce future.

Our first product generated its own type of SaaSpocalypse. We launched the world's first insurance app unlocking quotes in ChatGPT. It triggered $79B market crash for the world's largest brokers. The press called it "the industry's ChatGPT moment." Now thousands of companies want to deploy their own AI-native storefronts through our infrastructure.

We are global from day one: US, Australia, Middle East, Korea, Europe. Our team is small, the ambition is not.

The Role

Founding customer success at WaniWani. Own the customer relationship and their outcomes end to end, be the voice of the customer, and build the Customer Success function from the ground up.

What you'll own

• Client outcomes: value realization end to end, from onboarding through adoption to measurable impact. Clear ownership of the outcome, and the relationship.

• CS function: build it from zero. Growth plans, baseline metrics, and the operating cadence that make great outcomes repeatable.

• Voice of the customer: turn what you hear into clear, prioritized signal that shapes the product.

• Product fluency: know the product inside out. Demo it, position it, and explain it with the depth of a product manager so customers understand it and adopt it fast.

• Partnership with the founders: work shoulder to shoulder with our founders on the accounts that matter most.

You

- You've owned customer outcomes end to end, from onboarding through adoption to real, measured value, and you showcase case studies and success stories on how you did it and what you learnt along the way.
- You're deeply product-fluent: you can explain a technical product like a PM and turn customer pain into improvements that ship.
- You've built something from zero, a customer success or delivery motion that didn't exist before you.
- You communicate clearly with senior, multi-stakeholder relationships, in heavy enterprise organisations.
- You are an artefact and meetings wizard, outlining documents, visuals and presentations that clarify and nudge our clients towards success.
