We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of AI Consulting to lead high-impact Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI engagements for large enterprise and consulting-led clients. This is a senior leadership position for an AI practitioner who can combine deep technical expertise with strong business acumen, client advisory capabilities, and the ability to build and scale AI consulting practices.

The role will focus on helping organisations identify, design, and implement AI-led transformation opportunities across business functions. You will work closely with senior executives and business leaders to understand strategic priorities, identify opportunities for AI adoption, and translate complex business challenges into practical, scalable AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and Agentic AI, with a proven track record of taking AI initiatives from strategy and experimentation through production deployment and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI consulting engagements from strategy and discovery through solution design, implementation, and value realization.
• Develop enterprise AI and Generative AI strategies aligned with business objectives and transformation priorities.
• Identify high-value opportunities for Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, and intelligent automation.
• Design AI transformation roadmaps covering use-case prioritisation, technology adoption, operating models, governance, and implementation.
• Advise CXOs and senior stakeholders on AI opportunities, risks, adoption strategies, and business impact.
• Lead the design and implementation of LLM-powered applications, AI agents, RAG solutions, and intelligent workflows.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, platforms, models, and frameworks and determine their relevance to client requirements.
• Build and present compelling AI solution proposals, business cases, prototypes, and executive-level presentations.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of AI engineers, data scientists, architects, consultants, and technology specialists.
• Establish reusable AI frameworks, accelerators, methodologies, and consulting offerings.
• Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise requirements for scalability, security, privacy, governance, reliability, and responsible AI.
• Partner with business development and sales teams to identify opportunities, support proposals, and contribute to account growth.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a strategic AI advisor.
• Stay current with developments in AI, LLMs, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and enterprise AI platforms.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 10+ years of experience across AI, data science, technology consulting, digital transformation, or related fields.
• Strong leadership experience in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.
• Proven experience leading AI strategy and transformation programs for large enterprises.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, machine learning, NLP, and AI application development.
• Experience taking AI/GenAI solutions from proof of concept to production at enterprise scale.
• Strong consulting and client-facing experience with the ability to engage C-suite and senior business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business challenges into practical AI solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience building and leading high-performing multidisciplinary AI teams.
• Strong commercial orientation with experience supporting business development, proposals, and consulting growth.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on understanding of modern AI technologies and implementation approaches.
