1.People leadership and Talent Development
2.Lead HBM Assembly IE Team for following Tasks of HBM Ramp
HBM Assembly Capacity Scenario Study with multiple buildings
HBM Assembly Capex study
Max out program to explore opportunities for capacity increase
3.Cross function leadership and Stakeholder management.
Validate and review each of engineering changes before reflecting to capacity
4.Data analytics, Automation and AI transformation
Capacity model transformation – CSM fully automate plan
Using Artificial Intelligence to redesign IE current workflow through lean and AI methodology
AI proficiency or AI‑enabled ways of working where applicable
