Guidewire Technical Architect
Skill set : Guidwire Technical Architect - experience on both Confi & Integ
Years of exp : 12- 14 years
Certification: ACE Mandatory
Others: GWCP experience, Exp in Technical Solutioning, Upgrade & migration exp (preferred), Exposure on AI tools (preferred), technical estimation and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system configurations within guidewire policy center and claim center.
2. Customize and configure guidewire policy center and claim center to align with business processes and requirements.
3. Provide technical expertise and support in the implementation and integration of policy center and claim center modules.
4. Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the smooth functioning of guidewire applications.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or bugs in policy center and claim center to maintain system efficiency.
6. Stay updated on the latest features and updates in guidewire applications to recommend enhancements and improvements.
7. Train end-users on the functionalities of guidewire applications and provide ongoing support as needed.
