We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual to provide outstanding service to our guests. This position is essential in ensuring a positive first impression for our guests. You will be responsible for checking guests in and out, managing reservations, and addressing any guest inquiries or concerns with a warm and professional demeanor.
We need a team member that can work weekends; Saturday & Sunday.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
- Ensure all guest information is accurately recorded in the system.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a courteous manner.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Assist with the management of reservations and room assignments.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs.
