Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A friendly, positive attitude with a passion for guest satisfaction.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Professional appearance and the ability to work well in a team.
