Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to growth projects and long-term strategic planning across ANZ, Korea, and ASEAN, including market sizing, competitive intelligence, planning inputs, and business case development for new opportunities.
- Support pricing strategy for the region: analyze price performance and realization, benchmark pricing across markets, and help build recommendations that balance growth and margin.
- Investigate the business questions with no obvious answer, from market dynamics and customer behavior to unmet needs and best-practice case studies, partnering with internal teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in commercial market metrics.
- Identify and prototype GenAI applications to accelerate the team's work, automating recurring analysis, reporting, and document production, and help translate successful pilots into repeatable workflows for the wider region.
- Work directly with regional and country leadership to drive alignment and execution, preparing executive-ready materials for leadership forums and staff meetings that turn analysis into a clear, concise narrative.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Healthcare, or related field).
- Exceptional proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and other data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with GenAI tools and a genuine interest in applying them to business problems; comfort experimenting with new tools to improve how work gets done.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills; comfortable working with large, imperfect datasets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to work effectively in diverse and high-performing teams.
- Highly organized and efficient; able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.
