Job Description

We're hiring a growth Product Manager to own the buyer side of InPost's ecommerce marketplace – acquisition, activation, retention.

Millions of people in Europe already receive parcels through InPost. Far fewer of them start their shopping with us. Closing that gap is the job. You'll own the buyer funnel end to end: how we communicate the USP, how first-time buyers get onboarded, what makes them come back for a second order, and where they drop off in between.

This is an experimentation role, not a spec-writing role. You'll run a high-velocity test pipeline with engineering, design and data, and use what you learn to argue for bigger bets. You'll also work inside a two-sided marketplace, so buyer-side wins have to hold up against seller-side incentives — that tension is part of the work, not a distraction from it.

What you'll do:

  • Own activation, conversion and retention metrics for the buyer funnel including the targets.
  • Run experimentation as a pipeline: hypothesis, sizing, test, analysis, rollout or kill. Weekly cadence, not quarterly.
  • Hunt friction across USP communication, awareness, activation, engagement, discovery and onboarding and remove it.
  • Turn funnel analysis into roadmap bets, and build the case for the expensive ones with evidence.
  • Work directly with marketing and commercial teams on demand generation and offer mechanics..
  • Balance buyer incentives against seller economics, and be explicit about the trade-off you're making.
  • Ship, measure, and say out loud when something didn't work.

Qualifications

What you'll need

  • 3+ years in product management, ideally growth, marketplace or ecommerce.
  • Real experience running experiments - you can explain how you sized a test, what you did about an inconclusive result, and a hypothesis of yours that turned out to be wrong.
  • Fluency in funnel analytics. You pull your own numbers and don't outsource your judgement to a dashboard.
  • A working model of two-sided marketplace dynamics.
  • Bias toward shipping and measuring over perfecting.
  • Experience where growth work is close to commercial operations, not just to marketing.
  • Ability to hold a position with stakeholders when the data supports it.
  • Polish and English, fluent.

Not a fit if

  • You want a stable roadmap defined by someone else.
  • You measure your impact in features shipped.
  • You'd rather run one perfect launch than twenty imperfect tests.

Additional Information

What we offer

  • A funnel with millions of users at the top of it and clear room to improve.
  • Ownership of metrics, budget-relevant decisions and the roadmap for your area.
  • Engineering, design and analytics partners you work with directly, not through a queue.
  • Access to challenging projects and innovative technologies.
  • B2B contract, remote within Poland, flexible hours.
