As our Growth Product Manager, you will own the customer lifecycle end-to-end and turn CRM into a scalable, performance-driven engine — directly impacting conversion, retention, and lifetime value. This is a hands-on role that combines strategic ownership with day-to-day execution: you will design campaigns, but also build and deliver them yourself. You will work closely with Data, Design, and Tech teams, acting as the product owner of CRM — responsible for the architecture of lifecycle flows, segmentation, and triggers within our CRM platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement CRM strategy focused on conversion, retention, and reactivation across the full customer lifecycle
• Own and continuously improve automated CRM flows (welcome, onboarding, reactivation, cross-sell)
• Define CRM data needs (events, attributes, signals) and partner with Product and Data teams to unlock personalisation
• Use customer data, segmentation, and behavioural triggers to build contextual, personalised communications
• Implement experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, uplift measurement) and iterate based on results
• Own CRM reporting and performance tracking — open rate, CTR, conversion rate, revenue impact, LTV, cohort analysis
• Coordinate with copywriters, designers, and developers to bring campaigns to life across email, SMS, in-app, and push channels
• Ensure all customer communications comply with legal and regulatory requirements
• Maintain data quality and integrity across the CRM platform

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Growth Product Manager or in a similar lifecycle/retention role, ideally in fintech, trading, or another regulated industry
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with CRM and lifecycle metrics (LTV, churn, conversion rate, cohort analysis)
• Hands-on experience designing and running A/B tests and interpreting results
• Strong stakeholder management skills — comfortable working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Data-driven mindset with high attention to detail
