About the Role LumiQ is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to own how we acquire customers: paid and organic, B2B and self-serve, across Canada, the US, and the UK. You’ll report directly to the VP of Product & Marketing, owning channel strategy and execution within a set budget, and partnering on how we measure what’s working. You'll set the strategy and stay in the work. That means building campaigns, running experiments, and digging into the data yourself, with a bench of specialist contractors executing alongside you and a Data & Business Systems team behind you on a modern data stack.
