Growth Marketing Associate

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Associate to own and execute marketing initiatives 

for an assigned business portfolio across the entire customer lifecycle.

This role will work closely with sales, delivery, leadership, customers, and ecosystem 

partners to drive awareness, demand generation, pipeline growth, customer engagement, 

and thought leadership initiatives. 

The ideal candidate combines strong execution skills with business curiosity and a 

willingness to learn products, markets, customers, and go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Marketing

• Develop a deep understanding of assigned products, services, customers, partners, 

competitors, and market trends 

• Support portfolio positioning, messaging, and go-to-market initiatives 

• Maintain portfolio marketing plans and campaign calendars 

• Track portfolio marketing KPIs and performance metrics 

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing activities with business 

objectives

Demand Generation

• Plan and execute demand generation campaigns across digital and offline channels 

• Support webinar, event, and field marketing initiatives 

• Manage campaign assets, landing pages, and lead capture activities 

• Assist with lead nurturing and marketing automation initiatives 

• Monitor campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations 

Content & Thought Leadership

• Create blogs, social media content, email campaigns, case studies, presentations, 

and marketing collateral 

• Support customer success story and reference development 

• Assist with analyst, partner, and industry content initiatives 

• Maintain and organize portfolio content repositories 

• Support executive and subject matter expert thought leadership programs 

Partner Marketing

• Support joint marketing initiatives with technology, channel, and ecosystem 

partners 

• Coordinate partner campaigns, webinars, events, and content activities 

• Assist in developing co-branded marketing assets and programs 

Customer Marketing

• Support customer engagement, advocacy, and retention initiatives 

• Assist with customer communications and lifecycle marketing programs 

• Identify customer story opportunities and support testimonial development 

• Coordinate customer reference and advocacy activities 

Digital & Performance Marketing

• Support website updates and landing page optimization 

• Execute campaigns across email, social, paid, and organic channels 

• Track marketing performance metrics and generate reports 

• Support SEO, GEO, AEO, and digital growth initiatives 

• Track marketing contribution to engagement, leads, pipeline, and customer growth 

metrics 

Skills & Qualifications

Required

• 2 to 4 years of experience in B2B marketing 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills 

• Experience creating content across multiple formats 

• Experience executing marketing campaigns 

• Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities 

• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills 

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data 

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment across multiple projects 

Preferred

• Experience in SaaS, technology, SAP, cloud, cybersecurity, AI, or enterprise 

software industries 

• Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar CRM and marketing 

automation platforms 

• Experience supporting webinars, events, and partner marketing programs 

• Experience using AI tools for content creation, research, campaign execution, and 

productivity improvement 

• Basic analytics and reporting experience
