You will lead and mentor a team of Product Managers and Product Analysts, partnering closely with Engineering, QA, and senior leadership, including the Chief Product Officer, to define product vision, goals, and priorities for the portfolio. This role requires strong leadership and people development skills, deep product and business acumen, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration across a complex, multi-product portfolio.

 What You Will Do

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, QA, Design, and Sales to deliver high-quality products that meet customer and business needs.
  • Conduct market and user research to identify new opportunities and inform portfolio-level strategy.
  • Analyze portfolio performance against success metrics (i.e. revenue, adoption, customer satisfaction) and define capabilities to drive improvement.
  • Represent the Corporate & Commercial portfolio in executive and customer-facing discussions.
  • Balance competing priorities across products within the portfolio, ensuring resourcing and roadmap decisions reflect overall business strategy.
  • Recruit, hire, and develop Product Managers, Product Analysts, and other product talent, and oversee their professional growth and training.
  • Evaluate complex business and technical requirements and make strategic recommendations regarding product direction and feature development.
  • Work closely with engineering leadership to prioritize development work, manage delivery risks, and ensure successful execution.
  • Meet with customers and implementation teams to discuss requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines, and validate solutions and strategic product decisions.
  • Review completed work at the end of each sprint to confirm features are implemented as intended.
  • Represent user needs across the organization and demonstrate expertise in the industry’s critical business issues.
  • Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to align stakeholders and validate strategic direction.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for the portfolio on market dynamics, competitive landscape, technology trends, and customer needs.
  • Lead product demonstrations to customers, develop relationships with key accounts, and provide input on pricing models.
  • Promote products to sales teams through training sessions, webinars, and other enablement mechanisms.

What You Need to Succeed

  • 12+ years of progressive product management experience at enterprise software or SaaS companies, including at least 3-5 years in the financial services/banking industry, along with people leadership experience managing Product Managers or similar roles.
  • Proven track record of setting product strategy and roadmap for a multi-product portfolio.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience coaching and developing product talent.
  • Strong product and business acumen, with experience using data and success metrics to guide portfolio decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior leadership and external customers or partners.
  • Experience driving cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, QA, Design, and go-to-market teams.
  • Domain knowledge of corporate and commercial banking, core banking, and/or product and pricing is a strong asset.
  • Deep expertise in Fintech solutions and emerging banking technology trends.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with enterprise deal management, billing, or account analysis workflows.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted product development or AI-enabled product capabilities.
  • Experience managing a product portfolio through M&A, platform consolidation, or major transformation.
  • Prior experience in a SaaS or platform business serving enterprise banking clients.
