Responsibilities: Design visually engaging and brand-consistent graphics for client presentations, reports, proposals, and digital platforms. Create infographics, charts, diagrams, and data visualizations that simplify complex information for clarity and impact. Collaborate with consultants and project managers to understand business objectives and translate them into compelling visual narratives. Maintain and update brand guidelines, templates, and design libraries to ensure consistency across all deliverables. Produce high-quality digital assets for web, social media, email campaigns, and print materials. Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and provide design input during project planning stages. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design quality and efficiency. Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality. Requirements Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD). Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, attention to detail, and ability to communicate ideas visually. Basic understanding of branding principles, typography, color theory, and layout design. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced consulting environment. Excellent time management and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Willingness to learn, adapt, and receive constructive feedback. Familiarity with UX/UI design concepts and digital content creation is a plus.
