We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to develop engaging visual content that aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and project requirements. This role is primarily an individual contributor position, with opportunities to guide and support other designers on specific projects. The ideal candidate combines strong creative thinking with excellent design execution, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand design briefs, project requirements, and brand guidelines to develop appropriate creative concepts.
• Conceptualize and create visual designs, illustrations, layouts, logos, presentations, and other graphic assets.
• Prepare initial concepts and design drafts for review and stakeholder feedback.
• Select appropriate typography, colors, imagery, and layouts based on project objectives.
• Create designs using industry-standard graphic design and creative software.
• Collaborate with copywriters, creative teams, and stakeholders to develop cohesive final designs.
• Adapt creative assets for different digital, print, social media, and marketing requirements.
• Review and refine designs based on feedback while maintaining visual consistency.
• Ensure all final graphics meet quality, branding, and production standards.
• Manage multiple design assignments simultaneously and deliver projects within agreed timelines.
• Support and guide fellow designers on specific projects when required.
• Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and creative techniques.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Demonstrable experience in graphic design, visual communication, or a related creative field.
• A strong portfolio showcasing illustrations, branding, layouts, digital creatives, or other relevant design work.
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent design platforms.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent eye for aesthetics, consistency, and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand creative briefs and convert ideas into effective visual solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, respond positively to feedback, and work within deadlines.
• Creative problem-solving skills with a willingness to experiment with new ideas and approaches.
• A degree or formal qualification in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related discipline is preferred.
