Are you a recent high school, vocational school, or university graduate with a passion for mechanics, tooling, and precision engineering? Join our team as a Graduate Trainee Program Tooling Technician and gain hands-on experience working with molds, tools, and manufacturing equipment while learning from experienced professionals.

Location: Osijek

Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week

What You'll Do:

• Support the Tooling team in maintaining, repairing, and optimizing molds, tools, and tooling equipment.
• Assist with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrective actions to ensure tooling reliability and performance.
• Learn about mold assembly, disassembly, cleaning, inspection, and repair processes.
• Follow safety and quality standards while maintaining an organized work environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Recent graduate of a technical high school, vocational school, college, or university in Mechanical Engineering, Toolmaking, Manufacturing Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Previous internship, apprenticeship, workshop experience, or technical projects are an advantage but not required.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, technical drawings, precision measurement tools, and manufacturing processes is preferred.
• Strong willingness to learn, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
