Job Description

Our Graduate Programme is LIVE for 2026, and we are looking for ambitious, curious, and driven graduates to join our innovative global company.

This 12-month rotational programme offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple business functions while developing a deep understanding of our Fuel and Telematics divisions.

Successful candidates will join one of the following pathways:

Pathway 1: Commercial & Sales Graduate Programme (Milan)

Location: Milan

You will complete four rotations across our commercial teams, gaining exposure to the full sales cycle and customer growth strategies within both Fuel and Telematics.

Rotations include:

• Inside Sales Inbound – Fuel
• Inside Sales Outbound – Fuel
• Inside Sales – Telematics
• Account Management – Telematics

Pathway 2: Customer Operations Graduate Programme (Vimercate)

Location: Vimercate

You will complete four rotations across key customer-focused operational functions, building expertise in customer experience, service delivery, and business operations across Fuel and Telematics.

Rotations include:

• Customer Service
• Customer Onboarding
• Account Management
• Operations

You will spend at least 3 months in each area listed below. 

You will get hands on experience and responsibility from day one to allow you to make an impact on our business. We are committed to developing your potential and you will be encouraged to drive efficiencies, innovate processes, and collaborate with teams across the business. A director will commit to mentoring you to provide you with advice and guidance throughout the programme.

You will be a brand ambassador of Radius, supporting our talent team with brand awareness attending local university job fairs and events, and being a buddy to our new graduates each year.

What You Can Expect

You will spend approximately three months in each rotation, gaining real business exposure, practical experience, and increasing responsibility from day one.

Throughout the programme, you will:

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our Fuel and Telematics businesses.
• Collaborate with teams across multiple functions and departments.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive operational efficiencies.
• Participate in key business projects and initiatives.
• Receive ongoing support from experienced managers and senior leaders.
• Be paired with a mentor who will provide coaching, guidance, and career development support throughout the programme.
• Act as a Radius brand ambassador by supporting university recruitment events, careers fairs, and future graduate cohorts.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Depending on your chosen pathway, you will have opportunities to:

• Build relationships with customers and business partners.
• Develop sales, account management, and commercial skills.
• Support customer onboarding and service delivery processes.
• Contribute to operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work towards individual and team objectives.
• Gain exposure to leadership activities, coaching, and project ownership.
• Present ideas and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

By the end of the programme, you will have developed a broad understanding of our business and built a strong foundation for your future career within Radius.

Qualifications

• A minimum 2:1 degree in any subject (achieved or expected);
• English knowledge on intermediate level (B2) is required;
• Passion, ambition, and drive to succeed;
• Evidence of some work experience or extra-curricular activities is a plus;
• A creative, problem-solving mindset with the ability to innovate;
• Strong communication skills and confidence to present ideas to senior leadership;
• Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment;

Additional Information

What we offer:

• Fixed term contract 12 months;
• CCNL Commercio contract;
• GAS € 25.000 - € 30.000;
• Meal vouchers € 9,00/day;
