About this role

現在、AIロボティクス分野は、政府の掲げる17の成長戦略のひとつに掲げられており、特にロボットに関しては、数年ぶりにロボット政策に関する戦略、「AIロボティクス戦略」が2026年3月に策定されたところです。当社は小売、物流、製造といった現場においてフィジカルAIの社会実装を推進してきたところ、政府と密に連携することで社会実装の加速化、を目指しています。今回、より能動的な政策提言活動を推進するとともに、今後も取り組みを継続的に拡大していく予定であり、すでに実行フェーズに入っている経済産業系のNEDOプロジェクト等のマネジメントを補佐するコアメンバーを募集します。

主な職務内容

    NEDO等の公的資金（補助金・委託費）を活用したプロジェクトの運営・管理補佐を担当いただきます。

  • NEDO等の公的プロジェクトのプロジェクト管理・事務局業務

  • プロジェクトの進捗、スケジュール、予算の管理、資料作成

  • 会計検査・確定検査等に向けた証憑類の整理・管理

  • 公的資金に関する社内ルール・業務フローの整備および運用

  • 社内の技術チーム、事業開発チーム、経理・法務等との調整

    • 経験や適性に応じて、将来的には新規の公的プロジェクトの企画・申請や、政府との政策連携・政策提言活動にも携わっていただくことも想定しています。

応募資格

    必須条件

    以下のすべてを満たしている必要はなく、関連する経験をお持ちの方を幅広く歓迎します。

  • プロジェクトマネジメント、事務局、コンサルティング等、複数の関係者と連携して業務を進めた経験

  • ガイドライン、契約書、社内規程、公的な事務処理規程を読み、内容を理解して実務に落とし込める能力

  • Excel / Google Spreadsheet、PowerPoint / Google Slides等を用いた資料作成・管理業務の経験

  • 複数のタスクや期限を管理し、正確に業務を進められる能力

  • 社内外の関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションを取りながら業務を進められる能力

  • NEDO、経済産業省等の公的プロジェクトに関わった経験

  • 補助金・助成金・委託事業等の申請、運営、実績報告、検査対応の経験

  • 大学、研究機関、行政機関、コンサルティング会社、事業会社等でのプロジェクト事務局経験

  • 経理、財務、購買、契約管理等に関する業務経験

  • プロジェクトの予算管理や証憑管理の経験
