About this role

Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy Internship - MAINLINE (Remote)

MAINLINE is the collegiate arm of GigFinesse, the platform powering 1,000+ live shows a month across 70+ cities (Forbes 30 Under 30 and a Crain's nod along the way). A festival-headlining DJ, a chart-topping rapper, a Nashville country cover band. Whatever the moment calls for, we book it.

The best nights on campus start with a headline artist: the formal, the philanthropy, the one everyone's still talking about days, months, years after the fact. We are building a marketplace that makes bringing an artist to your university seamless. And our talent roster is stacked with the biggest names.

To help us scale, we are looking for student innovators ready to test bold ideas and turn them into growth. As our GTM Strategy Intern, you’ll help us decide which campuses to win next and how to reach the real decision maker. It’s a real seat at the strategy table of a startup that’s moving fast.

Responsibilities:

  • Map the market and conduct outreach: use creative ways to reach the individuals operating the most prominent event calendars in collegiate social life
  • Test growth experiments across the channels Gen Z uses most, working with our media team to develop and execute new tactics
  • Dig into our booking data to find patterns and discover white space
  • Be a curator; develop an understanding of the most coveted artists and be one step ahead of the buyer; turn what you find into recommendations that leadership will act upon

You might be a fit if you:

  • Spot patterns other people miss
  • Are plugged into campus and Greek life; you know how this world works
  • Are comfortable with uncertainty and building your own solution from scratch
  • Can articulate a clear, sharp argument, and are coachable
  • Are a self-starter who thrives in a remote setting
  • Are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program including but not limited to Marketing, Finance, Entrepreneurship, Communications, Economics

Additional Information:

  • Remote, 15-20 hours/week, for-credit-only internship
  • Opportunity for conversion to a brand/campus ambassador with commission-based compensation or a part-time paid role in Spring 2027
  • Opportunity for high performers to convert to a full-time role or paid internship in Summer 2027
  • Internship period: Fall 2026
