About this role

As Global Product Owner (m/f/d) - Β for DAM and Website, you will own the product vision, roadmap, governance, rollout and continuous evolution of Fresenius Kabi's global Digital Asset Management and Website platforms.

You will work closely with Corporate Communications, Commercial, Medical, IT, Business Units, Country organizations and external partners to ensure digital assets and web content are managed, governed and delivered consistently across the organization. A key focus of the role will be driving adoption, onboarding countries and Business Units, strengthening content lifecycle management capabilities and enabling a scalable global content ecosystem.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Own the product vision, roadmap and business decisions for DAM and Website capabilities, integrations, enhancements and releases.

  • Partner with Corporate Communications, Commercial, Medical, IT, Business Units and Countries to define and evolve global content management and website processes.

  • Translate business and user needs into product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria, and lead delivery from discovery and design through rollout, adoption and continuous improvement.

  • Establish global governance for digital assets, metadata, taxonomy, content lifecycle, permissions and platform use, harmonizing DAM and Website processes while accommodating justified Business Unit and local requirements.

  • Lead Business Unit and Country onboarding, rollout planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery aligned with global standards, operating models and priorities.

  • Coordinate content preparation, data migration planning, validation and business readiness with implementation partners and stakeholders.

  • Drive training, communication and adoption across global, regional and local teams.

  • Monitor platform performance, adoption, content quality, risks and stakeholder feedback, prioritizing improvement opportunities.

  • Manage Adobe, implementation partner, agency and vendor relationships to support delivery and ongoing platform evolution.

  • Collaborate with MLR, PIM, CRM and other Product Owners to create an integrated commercial content ecosystem.

  • Ensure digital assets and web content are governed, reusable, searchable and connected across DAM, Website, MLR and future ecosystem capabilities.

Requisite Qualification & Experience:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Information Systems or a comparable field.

  • At least 8 to 12 years of experience in product ownership, DAM, CMS, website platforms, digital content management or related fields.

  • Strong understanding of Digital Asset Management, metadata, taxonomy, content lifecycle management and website operations; experience with Adobe Experience Manager Assets and Sites, or comparable enterprise DAM and CMS platforms, is strongly preferred.

  • Experience defining and implementing global governance frameworks, operating models and standards, as well as managing Business Unit and Country onboarding, platform adoption and rollout activities.

  • Experience with data migration, content transformation and platform implementation programs, including the management of agencies, implementation partners, vendors and complex cross-functional dependencies.

  • Understanding of MLR, PIM, website publishing and Commercial Content Ecosystem integrations is advantageous.

  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, communication and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate business, content and technical requirements into scalable product solutions.

  • Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage.

  • Willingness to travel internationally.
