About this role
Vous souhaitez rejoindre le n°2 mondial des vins et spiritueux, et travailler au sein d’équipes conviviales ? Pernod Ricard recrute son.sa futur.e stagiaire en Global Prestige Strategy (H/F) pour 6 mois de janvier à juin 2027. Vous travaillerez à the Island, notre bureau situé au centre de Paris (Gare Saint Lazare, Paris 8).
Vous contribuerez à la stratégie Prestige, suivrez les performances et vous les développerez main dans la main avec nos équipes, au sein de nos marques et nos marchés.
Vos missions clés ?
- Vous effectuerez des analyses stratégiques sur un large éventail de sujets ; participer activement à l'élaboration de rapports sur la concurrence ; surveiller les articles, rapporter les articles pertinents aux équipes, établir des points de référence, etc.
- Vous soutiendrez l'élaboration et la mises en œuvre de projets stratégiques pour le Prestige (lignes directrices pour les marchés, plan d'accélération des marques, etc.).
- Vous contribuerez à l'élaboration de présentations stratégiques pour le top management du groupe.
- Vous effectuerez des recherches et contribuerez à l'identification de partenariats commerciaux stratégiques potentiels pour l'expansion de la catégorie.
- Vous soutiendrez le Performance Manager dans la consolidation et le suivi de tous les KPIs de l'activité Prestige de l'entreprise afin de produire des rapports pertinents et réguliers.
- Vous aiderez à consolider le positionnement des prix des produits Ultra-Prestige par Routes-To-Market sur les marchés prioritaires identifiés.
- Vous aiderez l'équipe à consolider les besoins en matière d'allocation et à suivre l'allocation existante sur une base mensuelle, en identifiant les lacunes.

- Vous suivez actuellement un cursus en Business/Management d’entreprise.
- Vous maîtrisez Excel et Powerpoint.
- Vous parlez français et anglais couramment.
- Vous faites preuve d’autonomie, et de gestion de délai.
- Vous avez développé un sens du business, et des aptitudes d’un bon communicant.
- Une expérience préalable en cabinet de conseil en stratégie, Business Intelligence / Analyse au sein d'une grande entreprise est un vrai plus.
Attention, pour candidater vous devez pouvoir réaliser 6 mois de stage et disposer d'une convention délivrée par votre école/université.
