This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative international company in hyper-growth as we launch a significant revolution to transform the women´s aesthetics industry.

Objective:

Own and coordinate end-to-end payroll operations for approximately 1,100 employees across 12 countries, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery.

This role is responsible for executing payroll operations through effective stakeholder coordination, vendor management, and process standardization, while supporting the implementation of a global centralized HR Services model defined by HR leadership.

Main responsabilities:

Payroll Operations Execution: 

Own and coordinate global payroll operations across all regions.
Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing.
Validate payroll inputs, outputs, and reconciliation processes.

Coordination of Global Payroll Ecosystem:

Coordinate internal stakeholders (HR, Finance, HRBPs, IT) and external payroll vendors.
Ensure alignment of timelines, data accuracy, and issue resolution.
Act as the primary operational point of contact for payroll delivery.

Support Shared Services Implementation:

Support the implementation of the HR Shared Services model through execution and coordination.
Standardize processes and ensure operational readiness across regions.
Execute transition activities aligned with the global model defined by the Director.

Compliance & Risk Management:

Ensure payroll compliance across all jurisdictions.
Monitor adherence to local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
Partner with Legal, Finance, and vendors to mitigate risks.

Process Standardization & Continuous Improvement:

Manage relationships with payroll providers and external partners.
Monitor service delivery through SLAs and performance metrics.
Lead regular operational reviews and issue resolution.

Team Management:

Lead and develop the payroll and HR operations team.

Drive performance management, coaching, and capability building.
Foster a high-performing, service-oriented culture.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Desirable: Masters Degree or MBA. Payroll certifications, HR certifications, Lean / Six Sigma certification.
• Advanced English. Desirable: Intermediate Portuguese.
• 7+ years of experience in Payroll and HR operations.
• Proven experience working with Global Payroll on shared services with technical knowledge on Payroll systems, HRIS and advanced excel.
• Strong experience working with suppliers and vendors, compliance and centralization of global processes.
• Experience on leadership and managing a team.
• Strong communication skills.
