In Manila, we are also building the Global Hub People Operations Team that will support global processes. 

Job Description

The People Operations Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality administrative support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely execution of People & Culture processes in accordance with established policies, procedures, and service standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining data integrity, supporting employees and stakeholders, and driving operational excellence within the People Operations function.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day People Operations activities related to the employee lifecycle, including employee onboarding and offboarding, job and personal data changes, employee movements, documentation management, and HR reporting.
• Act as the first point of contact for People & Culture process-related inquiries, providing timely and professional support to employees and stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely delivery of operational activities.
• Maintain high standards of process execution, data quality, compliance, and administration while meeting agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process optimization and assisting with the implementation of best practices.
• Work collaboratively within the Global People Operations team and provide updates and reporting in line with established governance and reporting structures.
• Contribute to a positive employee experience through reliable service delivery and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented People Operations professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering excellent employee experiences. The ideal candidate combines strong administrative and process capabilities with a customer-focused mindset, an interest in digitalization, and a willingness to continuously learn and develop within the People & Culture field.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management or other relevant education.
• 1-4 years of relevant work experience within a People Operations or People & Culture function.
• Good understanding of transactional People & Culture processes.
• Proficiency and interest in HR systems and Microsoft Office. Experience with digital process automation is desirable, and experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar is a strong advantage.
• Strong soft skills, including an analytical and learning-oriented mindset, the ability to perform under tight deadlines, problem-solving capabilities, customer service orientation, strong communication skills, and excellent attention to detail.
• Professional proficiency in English.
