About this role

At Too Good To Go, we have an ambitious goal: to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste.

Why do we need to do that? Because more than 1/3 of the food produced in the world is wasted. And that has a huge impact on the health of our planet, 10% of greenhouse gas emissions come from food waste and loss!

As the world’s largest food waste fighting app, we connect stores that have unsold, surplus food with consumers who buy and enjoy it. But we’re more than an app: we are a certified B Corporation and our mission is to inspire and empower everyone to take action against food waste, so we’re doing all we can to create educational tools, make our knowledge as accessible as possible, find new business solutions and even change legislation to reduce food waste.

We’re growing fast, with our community of 120 million users in 21  countries saving more than 500 million meals from going to waste. We are incredibly proud of this, but there’s still a lot more we want to achieve.

Your role

We're looking for a Global CRM Manager-Campaigns to own the ideation, execution, and continuous optimization of global CRM campaigns across both B2C and B2B. This is an execution-focused role — you'll lead the end-to-end delivery of ad hoc, commercial, and cross-market campaigns, while also acting as the CRM expert who enables local teams to execute with quality and consistency. With support from the Technical CRM Manager, you'll also own global B2B CRM execution end-to-end, including optimising triggered communications and product improvements such as onboarding and lifecycle comms.

This role will be based in either Copenhagen or Berlin.

What you'll build

Global Campaign Execution

  • Lead ideation, creation, localization, approval, and deployment of global CRM campaigns across B2C and B2B
  • Own B2B CRM campaign execution end-to-end, including recurring/triggered comms
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Lifecycle teams to align campaigns with broader company strategy

Campaign Enablement & Local Market Support

  • Provide CRM expertise, training, playbooks, and best-practice frameworks to enable scalable campaign execution across markets
  • Act as CRM advisor to local teams, ensuring alignment with CRM strategy and operational standards
  • Provide Braze and SFMC subject-matter expertise to upskill local marketers and drive optimal tool usage

Process Optimization

  • Continuously improve CRM ways of working, briefing processes, and operational workflows
  • Identify recurring challenges and opportunities for automation or standardization and work with the Sr. Automation Manager to mitigate them
  • Drive improvements that reduce deployment risk and increase delivery speed

What we're looking for

  • Extensive experience in CRM campaign management, ideally across both B2C and B2B contexts
  • Hands-on experience with both Braze and SFMC — comfortable building and deploying campaigns in each platform, not just directing others
  • Experience building enablement materials (playbooks, training) for distributed/local marketing teams
  • Strong QA/governance instincts — comfortable owning quality standards under time pressure
  • Excellent stakeholder management across global and local teams

Good to have

  • Experience operating in a B2B CRM context (account-based comms, profession-based lifecycles)
  • Experience partnering with UXR or Product Research teams on survey/interview deployment
  • Project management experience with tools like Asana

What to expect

  • 50% global campaign execution (ideation through deployment, B2C + B2B)
  • 25% enablement & local market support
  • 25% governance, QA, and process optimization

Our values:

  • We Win Together
  • We Raise the Bar
  • We Keep It Simple
  • We Build A Legacy
  • We Care

We offer

  • A rare opportunity to work in a social impact company (and certified B Corporation!) where you can see real and tangible impact in your role.
  • Working alongside an international community of users, partners and 1,200+ colleagues across 21 countries that are on the same important mission.
  • Personal and professional development opportunities in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
  • An inclusive company culture where you can bring your authentic self to work
  • A strong, values-driven team culture where we celebrate successes and socialise with colleagues that care.

Benefits

  • WORK FLEXIBLY:
    • Enjoy hybrid working from our great offices, at home or abroad.
    • Extra parental leave and days off beyond local legislation and the option to take an extra week of unpaid leave
    • Health insurance and pension plans (subject to country of employment).
    • Additional days off for significant life events
  • CELEBRATE & SOCIALISE
    • Regular social events like summer and winter parties.
    • Coffee, snacks and fully-equipped kitchens.
    • Get to know our community with a monthly free Surprise Bag
    • Paid volunteer time through our Shareback volunteering programme
    • Women in the Workplace, P.R.I.D.E., People of Colour and Functionally Diverse Employee Resource Groups

How to apply

  • Send us your CV in English
  • We take recruitment very seriously, so please carefully read everything we have written above. Please also check our website and international media in order to get a good overview of Too Good To Go.
