About The Role 

BEES is building a new global product catalog and rolling out Catalog Admin, the platform that enables scalable catalog management across sellers.

This role will own catalog taxonomy and the commercial operation of Catalog Admin, connecting Commercial, Product, Engineering, Data Personalization/Algorithm, and external partner teams.

What you will do

  • Define and maintain global taxonomy, content, and quality standards.

  • Ensure catalog information is consistent, searchable, commercially effective, and ready to scale.

  • Translate commercial and operational needs into clear requirements and priorities for Product, Tech, Data Personalization, and Algorithm teams.

  • Review and decide on the requested changes to our global catalog for creation, edit or removal.

  • Validate algorith with models outputs, and provide feedback to the owner Personalization team to enhance the outcomes.

  • Lead governance for roadmap, risks, dependencies, decisions, escalations, and stakeholder communication.

  • Coordinate data cleanup, migration support, training, launch readiness, and post-launch improvements across sellers.

  • Identify opportunities to use AI for content updates, description generation, image enrichment, taxonomy standardization, and quality checks.

  • Monitor adoption, quality, operational, and commercial KPIs; lead corrective actions when needed.

  • Create playbooks, decision logs, and clear ways of working in Confluence and Jira.

  • Perform hands-on catalog-maintenance activities when necessary to protect quality or unblock sellers.

Must have

  • Strong project or program-management experience in complex, cross-functional environments.

  • Ability to connect workstreams, remove blockers, manage ambiguity, and drive delivery.

  • Experience translating business needs into structured requirements for Product, Tech, and Data teams.

  • Strong stakeholder management and clear communication across functions, cultures, and time zones.

  • Advanced English and Portuguese, written and spoken.

  • Familiarity with AI and generative-AI tools, with sound judgment in applying them to operational challenges.

  • Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel and data interpretation.

  • High ownership, attention to detail, documentation discipline, and comfort with process complexity and repetitive work.

Nice to have

  • Experience with eCommerce catalogs, PIM, MDM, retail technology, B2B platforms, or CPG distribution.

  • Experience with SQL, Databricks, Python, or operational automation.

  • Experience with large-scale platform rollouts or migrations.

  • Spanish proficiency.
