Who You Are:

  • 4 a 6 años de experiencia en administración de CMDB, gestión de configuraciones o gestión de activos TI.

  • Experiencia en organizaciones medianas o grandes, idealmente en manufactura o industria.

  • Conocimiento de entornos IT/OT y continuidad operacional.

  • Atención al detalle y enfoque metódico en la gestión de datos.

  • Excelente capacidad de organización, documentación y control de información.

  • Comunicación efectiva y trabajo colaborativo con equipos técnicos y gestores de procesos.

  • Proactividad para detectar y corregir inconsistencias en la CMDB.

  • Dominio de Gestión de Configuración (Service Asset & Configuration Management) bajo ITIL v3 e ITIL 4.

  • Experiencia administrando CMDB en BMC Helix o herramientas equivalentes.

  • Gestión de atributos, relaciones y ciclo de vida de los Configuration Items (CI).

  • Mantenimiento de la integridad y calidad de la información de configuración.

  • Experiencia con herramientas de descubrimiento automático y reconciliación de activos.

  • Definición y control de nomenclaturas, estándares y clasificaciones de CI.

  • Capacidad para apoyar procesos de Incidentes, Problemas y Cambios mediante información de configuración confiable.

  • Conocimiento de activos industriales, sistemas OT y plataformas SCADA (deseable).

  • Coordinación con equipos de Incident, Problem y Change Management.

  • Ejecución de auditorías periódicas de calidad y salud de la CMDB.

  • Seguimiento de altas, bajas, actualizaciones y consistencia de CI.

  • Elaboración de métricas e informes de confiabilidad y evolución de la CMDB.

  • Identificación de brechas de información y oportunidades de mejora.

  • Optimización de procesos de carga, actualización y mantenimiento de datos.

  • ITIL v3 Foundation (requerida).

  • ITIL 4 Foundation (deseable).

  • Certificaciones BMC Helix CMDB o equivalentes (deseables).

  • Conocimientos de ISO 20000, ITIL Practitioner, ITAM e ITOM (deseables).

  • Idiomas: Español, Inglés y Portugués.
