POLITIQUE D’ACHAT ET SOUTIEN AUX PAYS

  • Appliquer et faire respecter les politiques d’achat de l’entreprise dans toutes les transactions opérationnelles.
  • Veiller au respect des procédures standardisées relatives aux bons de commande, aux approbations et aux rapports.

 

RELATION AVEC LES FOURNISSEURS ET LES PARTIES PRENANTES INTERNES

  • Vérifier et valider les factures avec les bons de commande,
  • Interlocuteur privilégié avec le département comptabilité.
  • Validation et supervision des dépenses professionnelles personnelles
  • Superviser et valider les voyages professionnels
  • Réviser et valider les factures d’intérim, tout en optimisant les coûts.
  • Fournir un soutien aux acheteurs opérationnels,
  • Aider pour sélectionner de nouveaux fournisseurs potentiels et produits par rapport aux besoins,
  • Obtenir des conditions préférentielles,
  • Mettre à jour nos bases produits/fournisseurs,
  • S'assurer des livraisons,
  • Régler les éventuels litiges.

ACHAT

  • Commander le matériel (normal et urgent),
  • Respecter les accords-cadres et les délais,
  • Préparer et effectuer les envois sur les sites,
  • Réaliser le suivi des dépenses site,
  • Etablir des synthèses périodiques par sites, par nature d'achats,
  • Suivre et approvisionner les besoins du siège,

Qualifications

  • Bon niveau de communication en Espagnole, Français et anglais
  • Diplôme de licence en administration des affaires, gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, achats ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • 2 à 5 ans d’expérience en achats opérationnels ou en gestion des fournisseurs.
  • Connaissance des réglementations fiscales et juridiques locales, des processus d’approvisionnement et du marché local
  • Maîtrise des systèmes ERP et des outils de gestion des bons de commande.
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point.
